Hola... Im Juan Chong from Peru, I was the Desk Officer for Latin America, Asia and Small Island States in 2004/2005 I have been involved in the fields of development dealing with issues related to youth, childhood, sustainable development, global citizenship, non formal education and later on to environment, nature conservation and TICs; in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa. I have been collaborating with multilateral organizations such as UNICEF, UNEP, UNDP, UNESCO and IADB in differents projects related to Youth Involvement in Development, Global Citizenship, Youth Participation in Public Politics, Voluntary Work, Youth Employment, Milleniun Development Goals Campaigns, HIV and Sexual Infection Prevention Programs. Also I have worked with some NGOs such as Holland World Youth, Ashoka, IPES, and lately WWF, YMCA and now I'm collaborating with IFC - The World Bank. Working with Peace Child was one of the best experiences in my life (by not saying the best)... Work and live in an international environment and be part of experiences that could change other peoples lifes is an exceptional life experience.... after this experience a whole new bunch of opportunities came to me and met hundreds of new friends... for all this, Thank you very much -indeed, PCI  JuanChong |
