United Games Austria

During the 14th until 21st September Peace Child staff Tanya, Dana and Sofi took part in the “Naturalent- sustainability in practice”, United Games Austria. The event brought together around 100 young people representing Europe, Asia and Latin America. As members of Peace Child International they had the opportunity to give a workshop about sustainability showing the importance of starting with small actions in order to make a big difference in the world. Naturalent gave the chance to the delegates to participate in different workshops during 3 days. One of the results is a booklet about Climate Change and the impact in some communities where Tanya and Dana were actively involved. Meanwhile Sofi helped to kick off an interesting campaign called “Sustain me Up!” that invites young people to give a sustainable message through short and funny videos! To get involved either write to sustainmeup@unitedgames.org, join the facebook group “Sustain me Up!” or visit the Youtube United Games group!
